We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If something isn’t right, you have the right to return your order under the conditions below.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Be in the same condition as received

You are welcome to try items on (e.g. indoors for fit), but items showing any signs of wear will not be accepted.

Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

If approved, you can choose between:

• A full refund to your original payment method

• A store credit

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving your return.

We are committed to offering a fair and transparent return policy.
At the same time, we reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions above, including items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
