Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store by consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded once we accept your order by sending a shipping confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown in our online store are final prices and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery

We deliver worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: usually 3–7 business days

  • Europe: usually 1–2 weeks

  • Worldwide: delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and carrier processing times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including customs delays, carrier delays, public holidays, force majeure, or other disruptions.

If delivery becomes permanently impossible due to circumstances beyond our control, any payments already made will be refunded.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If something is not right, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Items may be tried on indoors for fit. However, items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, you may choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

In case of a confirmed defect or incorrect delivery, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us where legally required.

9. Statutory Warranty Rights

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

For consumers in Germany and the European Union, statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with applicable law.

Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification, or external influences is not considered a defect.

10. Vouchers and Discount Codes

Discount codes and vouchers can only be used under the conditions stated at the time of issue.

Unless otherwise stated, vouchers cannot be paid out in cash.

If an order placed with a discount code is returned, only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

11. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside Germany or the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

For minor negligence, we are only liable in the case of a breach of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

14. Consumer Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The current version of these Terms and Conditions applies at the time of the order.
